Orion's Betrayal

They look up to the heavens
The starry sky at eventide
The symphony breathed
From The Duo's axes
The Hunter.

On a cold winter's night
They gazed at the moon
Stars, black and such
A hollow void
A bottomless pit

Down poured the rain
Screams from the Pain
They went to the void
Where Orion was destroyed
A silence enveloped
A white hot fury prevailed
A crack in the sky
An abyss so dark and high
A big mighty axe
"Come back at first light"
The twitch of his finger
They 're back, where no one knows


Come dawn the day began
Oblivious, The Duo stand
Axes ready and symphony in their hearts
A war is at hand.

This is their last stand:
"Why?" A spirit within us betrayed?
Inspiration we sought
Premonitions we had.
